• Refunds are only available under the following conditions:

  • A written request is submitted within 2 days of purchase.

  • No more than 5% of the course content has been accessed.

  • Refund eligibility will be determined at our discretion and in compliance with Israeli consumer protection laws.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, we offer full refunds only under the following conditions:

• A written request is submitted within 2 days of purchase.

• No more than 5% of the course content has been accessed.

• Refund requests will be assessed in compliance with Israeli consumer protection laws.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 14 business days upon approval.
 
5. Usage and Licensing

• Purchase of a digital product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the product for personal, non-commercial purposes.
